Women Ride Further.

A rider-health program built around what the sport never made room for: coming back after a baby, riding through every stage of life, and competing with a body and a mind that are looked after.

The pathways

Five ways back, forward and further.

Each pathway is a clinical protocol delivered by licensed professionals, adapted to the rider and tracked in CAPRI Pulse. None of it is improvised, and none of it starts without medical clearance where clearance is due.

01 · Postpartum

Back to the saddle, properly.

A structured twelve-week pathway back to riding, only with medical clearance: pelvic-floor and core rehabilitation, graded riding loads, saddle and position review. One plan, one team, one rider.

02 · Pelvic health & core

The performance system nobody trains.

Riding asks more of the pelvic floor and the core than almost any other sport. Assessment, rehabilitation and conditioning that treat them as what they are: the rider’s engine, at any age.

03 · Cycle, bone & menopause

Training that follows physiology.

Load, recovery and nutrition adapted across the cycle and through menopause; bone-health screening and strength work that protect the rider for the long run, not just the next show.

04 · Return to competition

The way back is not only physical.

Graded reintegration to the ring, confidence and fear-of-falling work, and sport psychology with licensed professionals — so the first class back is planned, not survived.

05 · Family on campus

Training should not depend on who is holding the baby.

Nursing and changing areas, qualified childcare and a supervised kids club, steps from the arena — so the rider trains and the family is cared for to the same standard.

Measured in Pulse

The rider is half the unit.

Rider readiness — load, recovery, pelvic and core metrics, psychological readiness — tracked in CAPRI Pulse alongside the horse’s. Records stay under the rider’s control; nothing is shared without her consent.

Where it happens

Built into the campus, not bolted on.

How it is run

Clinical, private, by need.

Licensed professionals

Physiotherapists, sport psychologists and medical partners, working to written protocols. Medical clearance where it is due. CAPRI coordinates the program; it does not improvise care.

By membership and clinical need

The program is designed around women’s physiology and open to any member whose clinical situation calls for it. Access follows need, not labels.

Private by design

Your records live in Pulse under your control. Nothing about your health is visible to anyone — trainer, barn or owner — unless you decide it is.

Twenty-five years in the saddle, two children, and no one who could tell me how to come back — not my body, not my confidence, not the calendar. We built this so the next rider is told.
